Quality control in Akbari Metals Melt Fa.consists of three main divisions, control of input materials in- process and final products.
In each of the above mentioned parts, carried out activities based on the verified procedures and work instructions. Laboratory activities including chemical analysis, macro and microstructure studies, micro and macro hardness testing and other tests and examination related to raw materials and the final products.
Control of input materials, in order to preventing the entry of inferior and poor raw materials and also parts and consumable into production lines. In process control is performed during production by auditing and semi-product inspection to ensure for obtaining expected results. Final products by performing the required and approved tests according to related national and international product standards. In case of full compliance of the technical and quality specifications of the product with the standard, the packaging permission of the product will be issued and packed products dispatched to the warehouse and subsequently to the customers.
